PENDING SCCM 1810 Console Not Updating After KB4488598 Installation

We recently installed KB4488598 in a SCCM 2012 1810 enviroment and cannot update the console on the primary server. On my workstation, the console has been updated without problems. All consoles opened on the primary server have been closed, but the installation process still does not end.

There is no "SCCM 2012 1810" version, you meant SCCM Current Branch 1810.

On the primary server, check the ConfigMgrAdminUISetup.log log file located on the system drive for more details about the console installation/upgrade.

You can also try uninstall the existing console then install it again, refer to this for more help:
