PENDING SCCM 1806 not showing again to try another install

So.. I used the fast ring to get the 1806 update to show up but then something or someone went wrong (storage team or VM team was doing some work). The update was stuck so I followed some instructions from searching the web and remove the update from within SQL. It "Should" have shown up by now again but didn't.
How do I make it show back up again. Did I miss something in removing it so it can be synced and show back up again. H.E.L.P.

So I ran the install again on the CAS and did "repair" then rebooted and everything started working again. case closed.
try install/repair when you can't find out what's wrong it seems.
