iam trying to migrate my current sccm environment from 2012 r2 to newer one 1802 with new hardware
my question is there a guide for such an action to avoid any corruption

I suggest to you to install a separate platform SCCM with 1802 then migrate all clients from the 2012 R2 platform to the new.

iam already in the process of doing that but wondering about what is best practice for boundaries to avoid ovelapping and to migrate the DP as it is now the same as MP server both on same server and will not be eligible for DP reassignment
