PENDING SCCM 1710 unable to download redist files

My SCCM Server will not download the redist files for some weird reason.
I have tried downloading the redist files manually by running the setupdl.exe but it keeps failing. I tried on 3 servers and on 2 personal machines. It gets stuck at 49 of 54 files.
For the life of the me, I can't download the files.
Can someone please provide the files? It will be much appreciated.

I guess something is blocking your downlaods. Check if any security appliance or firewall is doing that.
