Hello my friends,
I have a big problem with SCCM 1706 up to 2 days i can't fix it.
The situation was like this, i try to on place upgrade from 1706 to 1801 from the platform, the download of 1801 was ok, the sccm start the prerequisite and it fail on SQL Version, i don't know why as we have sql 2016 for sccm. i restarted the server and when the server boot up the console couldn't connect any more, and the SMS_Executive it can't be started.
i can't even do a site reset as the next button is gray out.
Please can you help me with a solution as the team of IT support can support user now.
What logs do you need so we can analyze it.
