PENDING SCCM 1702 Client Problem

Hello! So i would like to know if someone else have this problem.
Description: You deploy Windows 10 on a PC. Install goes fine, everything should work as it should, but you cannot access PC via remote control viewer. On the installed PC everything seems to work fine. The Site Code is assigned, certificate installed etc. Remote Connection Enabled...
So, I try to push install the client again, uninstall the old agent, reinstall, and still no luck.

Anyone else had this problem? What might cause this behaviour? Any solution?

Can you check if your firewall settings on your client are enabled? or any Firewall AV...

Hello. The domain firewall policies are ok and does apply. Anyway if you disable the Windows Firewall the SCCM Remote Control Viewer still won't work. I told you, only if you reinstall the client1-2 times it will work.... Still don't understant what the problem might be...
