OPEN SCCM 1610 smsts.log pxegetpxedata failed.

I have followed previous posts of yours regarding this issue: SCCM Restarts loading network, and none seem to match my issue.

1. SMSTS.log shows failed to load pxe variable.
2. ipconfig shows a valid IP address.
3. We use infoblox and to circumvent that variable I put my pc on an isolated network.
4. Different machines have the same issue. HP Elite 8300, HP Elite 8000, and Virtual box device.

I am at a point to create a incedent with Microsoft. Any ideas or help would be fantastic.

I have uploaded a snap shot of the smstslog and ipconfig.. I also ran wire shark to ensure communication as good. Let me know if you want that log it is rather big.
