So we tried to uninstall an outlook add-in within our estate via sccm. All but 15 machines restarted (Hard Reboot). After checking in more details all machines had exit code as 0 but these 15 machines choose to have 1641(Hard reboot). So questions is where should I start to investigate to check the behaviour of this individual 15 machines.

SCCM 1902
Affected machines: Win 7

Tried to replicate the issue but no joy as such.

This will not be a CMCB problem this will be a problem with the application or its setup. as such you should review the application's uninstall log file. Assuming that you created one. Otherwise there is nothing you can do.

Hi Garth, Thanks for replying. So the uninstall log file on machine? or any of the log file on main server itself? if so name of log file if you know one. Sorry new to sccm so checking.

This is on the client and only if you told the uninstall to create one. if not you are out of luck.
