PENDING Running CMRcviewer from a non domain computer

We have several vendors remoting in to our domain computers from their non domain computers, they are connected to our network via VPN however when trying to run the CMRcviewer from a non domain computer stops at initiating the security handshake with the current user credentials.

Any ideas on how to get this scenario to work?

Can you upload CMRCSERVICE.log ?.

Did some research and found that GPO could cause this issue.

Go to - Computer Configuration \ Windows Settings \ Security Settings \ User Rights Assignment \Access this computer from the network

Verify if the user has permissions to "Access this computer from the network".
