SOLVED Roles in "sql server reporting services"

Is it possible that some folders has roles like "ConfigMgr Report Administrators" by default? For example "Hardware - Disk".

Then I remove this role, but it's impossible, it reappears.

Is it true or I'm crazy?

You are not crazy. The permission get reset every 10 minutes.
