I had to reset the password because the previous admin passed away and I was brought in to fix some things and inadvertently broke reporting services.

But now all my reports are gone.

I know there is something I'm missing but I'm desperately asking for help to get these reports back.

I don't know what the original configuration was for the Report Server Configuration Manager Service Account. I know that this place has a network access account specific to sccm. Should I have changed that password across the board as well?

Any tips to get these reports back would be greatly appreciated.

For Step #2 you need to use the SQL Server Config Manager Tool, otherwise the permissions might not be right.
