SOLVED Requested registry access is not allowed SCCM 2012 R2 setup error

When to start the update steps get me this error Requested Registry access is not allowed kindly I need help

I believe you have checked the firewall ports required for SCCM. Is the SCCM server computer account member of the local admin Group on the remote SQL Server ?. Also check that the installation account is a local administrator and has sysadmin right on the SQL instance.

The upgrade is done
my mistake because I'm login with account didn't have sysadmin permission on SQL server after login with another account that have sysadmin permission the upgrade was worked good
