PENDING Request application from software center not working

Hi All,

I need help to fix the issue with request application from software center from many users but from some user ID the request is completing without issue.
Below is the error is appearing while request application from software center it is showing after in-console upgrade to 1810

  • Have checked the logs for SMSAWEBSVCSetup, but no any error is found in SCCM

Hi Prejwal, Thanks for suggestion, But issue is seem different because I have saw the component status which is showing fine on SCCM side and I am able to request the application from my user ID and SCCM admin role users but not able to send the request for normal users which access the client machines.

Else I have tried steps given in your post but couldn't fixed it , the issue appear for user only when request the application from application catalog
