PENDING Reporting services error

Hi All,
We seem to be having an issue with our reporting services point. It looks like our site system is being used by an old site. The old site was a completely separate instance on a separate server, that was decommissioned a year ago. How can I point the site system to this new site? Error attached

Did you remove the RP from the old server? Did you try to manually uninstall the RP from SSRS before trying to install it on the new site?

I do not believe it was removed from the old server. This was done a few months before I took over SCCM. The old server was still all configured when it was powered down. I believe we may still have a back up of that server on a drive somewhere, but was hoping to not have to dig that up. I have not done a manual install of the RP. I guess that could be what I'm looking to do?

Sorry, that should be manually uninstall the reporting point.

Is there a way to do that on the server side?
