PENDING Reporting server issue

I have Newley configured SSRS, Its accessible but not providing any report and generating copy of reports folder as you can see in the attached screenshot, Inside the folders I didn't found any report.

Review the SRSRP.log on your server, it will likely show that there is a permissions issue.
