PENDING Report to get collections that has no advertisements

Hello Experts,

i am trying to work on a script that give me collections that has 0 members and has no advertisements. also Need to have rule included. I made a query that get me collections with 0 counts but I am trying to add rule name and also advertisements, I have added v_advertisement view and also coll_directrule and query rule view but didnt get much results.
Any suggestions?

If i can recollect, you can management insights for Collections with no query rules and no direct members - this will lists the collections that have no members or query rules.
