I have a collection of machines that are not allowed to automatically reboot when patches are applied. For assorted reasons, the business/data owners of the machines want to control when reboots happen and in what order the machines reboot. In the SCCM console, I can easily display the machines in the collection and turn on the column to see Pending Restart status, but what I want is a way to e-mail out a list of machines in this collection that are Pending Restart. I'd send it out once a week to a DL with all the Business owners in it as a kindly reminder that they need to reboot their machines. Is there a report within SCCM that can do that? I've been searching through the reports and searching through Google, but not finding much that fits the bill. I don't have a lot of knowledge on authoring reports, so I'm hoping for something that's either a stock report or else something pretty simple to implement.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
