PENDING Report - Collecton - Computer - IP Address

I'm looking for a report that can be filtered by Collections that will display the Computer Names and associationg I.P. Address
Not finding one in the canned SCCM reports.

What do you have now? What isn't working? I would never add IP address to a report. Have you look at the built-in reports?
