PENDING Rename "Program" file on SCCM-server login

I've just upgraded my SCCM to Server 2019 and when I login now, I do have a prompt that a rogue "C:\Program" file is detected with the question to rename it to "Program1"

If I open the file in notepad, I can see the following (see below)
Is this something I need to fix so that the the file won't be recreated?
I have no idea where to look at.

This is a known issue and usually caused by a program that is locally installed on the computer. If you have renamed it to Program1 you won't see that prompt again.
