PENDING Remote Control Denied

I have a few domain based systems that the local SG ConfigMgr Remote Control is not populating with my assigned groups in SCCM Administration>Client Settings>Remote Tools>Set Viewers. This is just certain clients, not all clients. I have performed a Machine Policy Retrieval from both the SCCM console and directly from client. Where would be a good place for me to start troubleshooting this?
