Hey mate, please go to Administration >> Client Settings >> Default Client Settings
right click and select properties then go to the remote toolsand make sure the two settings in the picture is set to NO.

Give it sometime and computer will start downloading the client policy and the remote assistance will be enabled again.

right click and select properties then go to the remote toolsand make sure the two settings in the picture is set to NO.

How did you disable the remote assistance for the first time ?.

A technical support configured a new client. sure I leave those options enabled and I did not know.
