PENDING remediate Inactive clients

hello all,

i have some client showing inactive under client activity. But they have green check mark. I can ping the machines too. What Can i do bring the back them to active state.

Review the inventory.log on the client, is it preforming a heartbeat discovery?

I ran the Data discovery cycle, I looked for heart beat and couldn't find any. Any suggestions?

They are the same things. Now have you confirmed that the date has made it to the MP. You need to review its logs now.
 
No. You will need full access to all the logs from the client to site server.
 
what logs I have to look for in management point?, I will ask my manager to provide me access.

You should have access to all of the MP and Site server logs. Plus the IIS logs.
