PENDING Redistribute option is grayed out on all of the pakcgaes after the patch apply

Hi, After applying 1810 patch last week now I cant redistribute any content.
Doesnt matter if I do it for software update or application or packages, its grayed out on everything.

I'm using sccm admin account. I can see the group is still asign and I'm in that group. I cant see any option to create any applocation/packages

This is what i'm doing.

• Go to Software library -> Application -> select application
• Click on Conent Status
• Click on View Status
• Then right click on any DP to Redistribute

This is where its grayed out.

They are two more patch but I cant apply them becasue all admin dont have any rights on the sccm.
