I would like to create a qwery to read this variable, when creating the qwery I can't specify what to read of custom.

how can I do?

You will need to give us more details as to what you are trying to do. It is unclear if you are trying to create a report, or do something during a TS or Deployment or ???

I would like to do a qwery / report to check that the computers have received the variable set via GPO
