Is your site configured for HTTPS client communication?. Please share the complete smspxe.log file. Also check mpcontrol.log to see if your management point is having issues as those are MP related errors.

Can you also go to DP server > IIS > HTTPS site binding and check if the correct certificate is assigned ?.
