NEW PXE boot keeps failing with new SCCM 1806 without WDS

Hi there,
We just set up SCCM 1806 on the Azure platform and have DPs on PREM. But PXE boot keeps failing. We have IP Helpers set up, but PXE refuses to work. We don't have WDS set up as it's not required. Can someone please assist?
