PENDING PXE boot issue for os deployment Error 0xC0000001

Hi,

I am testing a new task sequence, when i am exporting it as iso & installing over laptop via usb it's working fine.
But when i am installing it via pxe boot to vmware vm,
1) Vm receive the dhcp pool ip
2) Direct to sccm server & start downloading the boot image
After few minutes it get failed with below snapshot. So far i think there is no issue with NW driver of vmware.

Pxe boot architecture :: X64 bit
Version :: 10.0.16299.15
Sccm Version :: 2107
Client version :: 5.00.9058.1018
