NEW PXE boot into UEFI background screen size not fitting on screens

I've been at lost with this problem and can't find a solution. When booting to UEFI the screen resolution is out of aspect ratio. I have loaded all my WinPE drivers including the video drivers. I also have loaded almost all the Optional Components to the boot image to see if that was missing something and nothing. This is my problem see the attached image.
