PENDING PXE and deploy OS to Hyper-V VM generation 2. No partitions are created.

Hi all!
I configure Task Sequence. It have step "format disk" with format disk 0 and create 2 partitions.
But when i boot and start Task Sequence partitions are not created in process (i see this in DISKPART) and i get error on step "Apply OS" because partitions are not created.
How fix this? Thank you advanced
