Through SCCM, we are trying to upgrade the OS to version 24H2. We have the new version of SCCM 2409, however don't have the "May 2024 non-security preview update" version installed, and cannot install 24H2. The reason is that on a large number of computers (WIN 11) we have OS build 22631.4890 and therefore we cannot install the "May 2024 non-security preview update" because its version does not exist for the specified OS build.
Any idea how to solve this problem...

According to Microsoft, "Devices must be running Windows 11, version 23H2 or 22H2 with the May 2024 non security preview update, or a later update, installed in order to update to version 24H2." In your case, I believe the latest update has been installed on the machines, and hence the May 2024 update may not be required and that's ok.

I have a problem with deploying 24H2 via SCCM. 22H2 build 22621.4317 is installed on the stations.Everything is fine on the SCCM side. Upgrade downloaded, targeted to the appropriate Device collection. On the client side, "Turn on dynamic updates for feature updates and specify thread priority for feature updates to Normal" is enabled in the SCCM Client settings. The Deployment Monitor does not report any errors, but neither does it report a successful deployment. In the Software Center, I see everything OK in the Applications section but nothing in "Updates".Any recommendations?thanks
