NEW Prevent SCCM client installing

Hi
I was wondering if someone could help out with a way to prevent the sccm client installing during a build ? The issue i have is when Intune company portal is installed Software centre takes over to manage apps and the company portal is unable to be used. I have tried uninstalling software centre but intune still thinks its there
