Hello Team,

We are getting a error not communicating with server getting this error on ccmmessaging.log, recently all the certificate is expired but we have successfully renewed all the certificate, Please help me what is the issue regarding this error.

what do your IIS logs look like? I had a similar issue and have a document showing the steps i took to resolve MY issue. Happy to share
