NEW PolicyAgent.log stucked with Message Queue not empty

Hi there,

Weird issue. I have some servers that were cloned from a VM and caused many issues since then.

I have tried full removal of sccm agent including deleting SSMCFG and the cert, and re-install the agent.

Once the Agent is re-installed, the client works fine and showing as active. After a few days they are showing as inactive and eventually they became unmanaged.

Checked PolicyAgent.log and they are stucked processing Policies.

Any pointers will be appreciated.
