PENDING Permissions/Rights/Privileges required for SCCM 2012 R2 users

Sir, I want to create new SCCM server on my network. For this, I want to new user with permissions/rights/privileges to configure SCCM with SQL 2012 standard server. So, what minimum permissions/rights/privileges are required for SCCM user to configure SCCM with SQL?
