PENDING Patching third party applications using SCCM

Hi,
i would like to know if there is a simple way to keep software/apps like Firefox or Adobe Reader up to date. As example, until now I have one application for deploying Firefox and if there is a new release I customize the content location, detection methods and more..
I tried using the supersendence but somehow its not working.
I guess there is an easier way to deploy and keeping software up to date. Any help is very apreciated.

You can use SCUP to inject you own updates or those published in third-party catalogs. Or you can look for third party patching solutions that updates most of the applications. Usually the updates are first downloaded from the third party repository and then you can push it to clients.
