PENDING Patch status reporting back to site server

I'm setting up new SCCM Branch 1902 environment for our company. I've pushed current months patches on few set of servers (Clients). Patches got installed successfully, however in Monitoring--> Deployment status console, all servers are showing under in progress and last state as "download updates(s)" from last more than 12 hours. Ideally, it should move to Compliant tab.
Am I missing any setting?

Just for testing - have you confirmed that patches are installed successfully by logging into any of the server ?.
