PENDING OSD Windows in-place upgrade "installed"

I got a TS OSD thats worked for hundreds of machine. all of a sudden i got one that is saying "installed". but obviously its not windows 10 yet. how do i got about troubleshooting that? smsts.log? cas.log?

Check the smsts.log file (probably under C:\Windows\CCM\Logs\ folder).
