PENDING OSD TS via Bootable USB

Hi Guys

I am getting an error while performing OSD via Bootable USB. The error message is:

ConvertBootToLogicalPath failed to convert 'MULTI(0)DISK(0)RDISK(0)PARTITION(4)\SOURCES\BOOT.WIM' (0x80070003). Retrying (28)...
I also attached full smsts log.
has anyone encountered this before? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your reply. These steps are already covered in my TS for both legacy and UEFI. Made a research on internet regarding to this issue and most people say that this is a USB issue. We tested the TS with various USB's but the result is same. By the way, TS works on laptops which have SSD or HDD.
