I have a particular model of Dell AIO that gives a "Why did my PC restart" blue screen after it reboots. It completes the Apply device drivers section of the Task sequence and reboots. All logs show successful on the SCCM server.
Faulty drivers are usually to blame for this. I would recommend downloading the most recent drivers for that model, importing them into ConfigMgr, adding them to TS, and then testing, since you already mentioned that the logs do not show any errors.
