SOLVED Open the MP_hinv.log

I was checking the MP_hinv.log and it is empty . So its size is 0Kb
how to check tis issue?

Are you checked the MP_hinv.log file located on "sms_ccm\logs"?

The software inventory is taking to many minutes to finish. Even weeks. In fact, it is a pain in the xxx

And "yes" this file is located where you said and it is is empty

ya, don't use sw inventory. ot is not recommend to be used anyways. https://www.enhansoft.com/?s=software+inventory
