PENDING Offline Image issues

Hi all,
I'm seeking help for a weird issue that I am experiencing. I am building an offline image, for the Dell Latitude 5310, but the boot order is not being remembered, so this results in looping back to the start of the offline task sequence when it reboots.

The machine has the latest drivers, bios etc. Here are the UEFI settings we use in TS
Enable UEFI - cctk.exe bootorder --activebootlist=uefi
Enable Secure Boot - cctk.exe --secureboot=enable

The weird thing is, it works fine when built via pxe.

I would have suggested to update the BIOS to latest version but you have already done that. Did you get any response from Dell support ?.
