PENDING Office 365 Updates - Client not within the "required" queue

Hi all!

We push out Semi Annual O365 Enterprise App updates monthly via SCCM and we are noticing that clients that need to be update with the latest updates for O365 and in the not required que. We have 1700+ Clients reporting that they don't need these updates but when in fact they actually do. Does anyone have any ideas on this ?
