PENDING Office 365 Updates - Client not within the "required" queue

Hi!
I want to push the Office 365 - Semi Annual 2108 x64 (14326.20738) to our clients. Most of them have older versions of office.
My own client has also an older version, it's 2102 (13801.21004) Semi Annual Channel.

When I go to "Software Library -> Office 365 Client Management -> Office 365 Updates", there I can find the Semi Annual Enterprise Channel Update for x64, 2108 (14326.20738). It's showing also for how many clients it's required. When I choose this update and click on "view required", I cannot find my laptop there.

Any idea what's the problem? And can someone tell me, what is the best setting/solution for an automatic deployment rule, so I don't need to push those updates manually in future?
