NEW O365 Deployment problem (Skype for Business already installed)

Hi Guys,

I'm facing a difficulty to deploy the O365 on my environment, I'm running the SCCM 2016 into a Server 2012, where most of my clients already have installed a Skype for business app (mixed versions), the problem is, for install the O365 manually, it reported me that we need to uninstall first the Skype installation.

I would like a help for do it on the SCCM, can I create a task for uninstalling it when the O365 be deployed, it needs to be done in the same time because the Skype for business here is a work tool.
