PENDING O365 Client Update deployment failed with error code 0x8000000E(-2147483634)

Trying to deploy O365 update with SCCM. Same version (semi annual ) but it failed with the error 0x8000000E(-2147483634) client setting for O365 update is set to enabled, dont know what I should look for
