SOLVED Not seeing "Feature Update to Windows 10 Version 21H2 x64-based systems 2021-09 via Enablement Package"

hi all, trying to prep sccm to deploy win10 21h2 with the following link

my current sccm environment is 2207 on server 2019. i am seeing lots of updates in "All software updates" and within "All windows feature updates". has their been a change since this technote was created?
i have read this technote multiple times but can't seem to get "enablement package". i am obviously doing something wrong or, overlooking something. any guidance will be help full.

PLease disregard. i was able to resolve. user error. chosen the wrong product catagory.
