SOLVED Not able to update Sccm from 1910 to new version

Hi I tried to update SCCM to 2002 but i dont have any update
i found Power Script that should push an update for me but still no single update
can someone help me?

ConfigMgr 2002 update is globally available. So you don't need to run any script to get version 2002. Go the console and click Check for updates.
