PENDING Not able to run WSUS post-installation task

I am not able to run the WSUS Post-installation task. All the required SQL database permissions are assigned to the SCCM Site server to Host the WSUS database.

Below are some logs I have collected.
C:\Program Files\Update Services\LogFiles :
WsusService.6 SusService.SusServiceStartUpThreadProc WUS Service failed during startup processing, sleeping before retry - Error Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Cannot open database "SUSDB" requested by the login. The login failed.

The below error on Event Viewer :

Have you mentioned DB instance name while installing ?
Check IIS (application pool and wsus administration present)
