Hi Prajwal,
there is no error in wsyncmgr.log , i am able to deploy other updates with adr but here issue is when i am creating a rule with following criteria
Product: forepoint Endpoint Protection 2012
Severity: Important,critical
Update Classification: Critical, definitional and update
but when i click to preview which updates will be installed with this criteria then it shows no result.

There is no option to select FEP 2012, there is only option of FEP 2010.
SCCM Server used: SCCm 2012R2, version : 5.0.7958.1000

The configurations looks correct, in the list of software updates do you see any updates related to FEP ? If you don't find the FEP updates there then ADR rule also cannot list the updates. By the way the product is FEP 2010 and not 2012.
few things to re-check - SUP > Classification tab, make sure that Definition Updates are selected.
