Help!

We have several computers at our company that does not receive the monthly Windows update. We have around 75000 clients and around 90% is working fine.. but we can't foun out why the other 10% not receiving it.

I'm working at second line support and I DONT have access to the Configuration Manager. Only to everything on client-side.
I have added the logs from 1 device with this issue. We have reinstall Software Center (what the resolution should be according to our SCCM-tech's, but almost never works..)

Can somebody please check the logs to see if there is anything wrong? If you need another logs, please let me know.

this 10% is my problem too and i use below script to get them rolling

remove-Item -Path "$env:SystemRoot\System32\GroupPolicy\Machine\Registry.pol"
GPUpdate /target:computer /Force
restart-service ccmexec

Does this resolve the issue when you don't receive the windows update?

Normally we only delete this .pol file when we get install error:
0x87D00669: Not able to get software updates content locations at this time
